Access to choral music education and development is becoming increasingly difficult. Through our Junior Choir and Emerging Artists Programme, we provide young people with exceptional musical training, performance opportunities and mentoring within one of the UK's most renowned institutions.

Declining music provision in schools and increasing financial barriers for parents mean that opportunities to participate in high-quality choral singing are becoming harder to access. From children's first experience of ensemble singing to young musicians' transition into a professional career, talented singers increasingly need support to continue their musical development.

Each year the St Martin's Voices Emerging Artists Programme supports six talented early-career singers as they make the crucial transition from education and training into professional performance careers. In addition every year 25 children are provided with professional-level musical training – completely free of charge – while fostering lasting friendships and enjoying unforgettable experiences, such as performing in our annual sold-out Christmas concerts and recording for Classic FM.
