Conflict, displacement and less aid are leaving refugee children in Jordan without the protection, learning and care every child deserves. Mosaic’s Olive Tree Centres provide safe, welcoming spaces with food, medicine, education, psychosocial care and practical support to heal, learn and thrive.

Many refugee children in Jordan have fled conflict, missed years of education and carry the effects of trauma, loss and repeated displacement. Parents are often prohibited from working, making it impossible to afford food, rent, medicines, transport and school supplies. Families are trapped in debt and insecurity, while children face isolation, anxiety and widening gaps in learning. Without sustained support, they risk growing up without the safety, stability, recovery and opportunity to thrive.

Mosaic’s Olive Tree Centres provide holistic, locally led care for refugee children and families facing crisis. Children access catch-up education, creative activities, play and trauma-informed psychosocial support in safe, welcoming spaces where they can build confidence and friendships. Families may receive food, medical care and practical help, while adults access classes to build skills, strengthen resilience and create routes towards income. Empowering families with hope, help and healing.
