We’re experiencing a mental health emergency. 1 in 5 young people aged 8-25 have a probable mental health condition – and the support they need just isn’t there. Parents and carers are struggling to bridge the gap. That’s where our Parents Helpline comes in, providing free, accessible, specialist guidance and advice for parents when they need it. So when their child is struggling – we’re here.

We provide young people with the tools they need, help adults to be the best support they can be, and empower our Activists to speak up on the issues important to them. Our Parents Helpline is the UK’s only free, confidential and on-demand service for parents and carers concerned about their child’s mental health. If you reach out by webchat, email or phone, our Specialist Advisers are here to offer 1-1 support across a range of topics including school avoidance, anxiety and neurodivergence.
