We believe a healthy society is one where the arts and culture are shared, made and treasured by all. But our research shows that there are worsening declines, rising barriers and widening gaps in who gets to take part. The cultural life that holds us together, and gives us places to belong, is under threat. It doesn't have to be this way.

We will make the case that art and culture is a necessity, not a luxury: a pillar of a good society and a life well lived. Through our RESEARCH, we will uncover key insights and present them in a way that is accessible and useful for everyone. Through our PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT, we will involve hundreds of thousands of people in efforts to understand and express the value of the arts. And through our ADVOCACY, we will combine clear evidence with strong support to champion better policy.
