We aim to place new youth workers in the communities of greatest need and to pioneer new Youth for Christ centres. Inspired by Christian hope, we work with schools, local authorities and church partners to give young people safe spaces, support and opportunities to thrive.

Youth provision has collapsed across the UK, with nearly 70% of council youth centres closed since 2010. Millions now face isolation and a lack of trusted adults. Youth for Christ's A–Z research shows rising anxiety, loneliness and identity pressures, with poor mental health the top issue facing young people. Churches want to help but often lack confidence or trained leaders. There is an urgent need to place skilled youth workers and pioneer new centres in communities with no youth provision.
Our solution is 1. direct youth provision by Youth for Christ, and 2. equip churches to meet the need in their own communities with confidence. By pioneering new centres and placing trained youth workers into high‑need communities, we provide long‑term support. With 58 centres, urban pioneers, consultations with churches, schools work, youth resources and training - we provide confidence to our partners that creates sustainable, high‑quality youth provision where it’s most needed.
