Being diagnosed with MS and the changes it may create over time, can bring uncertainty, fear, grief, anger and deep sadness. Many people find it hard to lean on family or friends for support. They may worry about being a burden, feel used to being the one others rely on, or concerned about what their diagnosis may mean for those they love. This can leave people affected by MS feeling isolated at the very moment they need support most.

Our helpline is a trusted, confidential, free service for the MS community. It gives people affected by MS a safe space to talk, feel heard and be met with kindness, reassurance and understanding. Through personalised emotional support, our team enables people to share and accept their feelings, helping them feel less alone, rebuild their confidence and move forward in a way that feels right for them.
