The current family law system for separating parents can be slow, expensive, and stressful for families. Child Arrangement decisions often reduce opportunities for children to maintain strong relationships with both parents and their wider family. The adversarial nature of the process can increase conflict rather than encourage cooperation. As a result, the system does not prioritise children's emotional wellbeing, development, and long-term best interests.

We deliver parent support groups across the country and operate a national helpline, offering guidance, resources, and emotional support to help families navigate separation with children’s needs at the centre. We also work with policymakers, legal professionals, and communities to promote fairer practices that safeguard children’s wellbeing and relationships after separation. Our goal is for every child to thrive through meaningful connections with both parents and their wider family.
