In major cities like Birmingham and London, many people need mental health support but cannot access it easily due to cost, long waits, stigma and cultural barriers. Women’s Consortium will address this by providing free counselling, low-cost therapy and culturally sensitive wellbeing support, helping people access timely care before stress, trauma and low mood become harder to manage.

Women’s Consortium will provide free counselling, low-cost therapy and wellbeing support in Birmingham and London. Support will be delivered by trained practitioners with clinical supervision and safe referral routes. By keeping services affordable, accessible and culturally sensitive, we can reach people who may not seek help elsewhere.
