Everybody deserves to work if they want to. We offer workplace experience and training in picture framing and refurbishing IT hardware, to those not in education, employment or training (NEET) or who face barriers to employment — including those with disabilities and neurodivergent conditions.

In the UK 52% people with disabilities are unemployed compared with 82% of non-disabled people. Disabled people are more likely to be working part-time or in roles with limited opportunities for progression, and many face long periods out of the labour market without support. In May 2026, the Office for National Statistics published data showing that more than a million young people aged 16 to 24 are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
At 2econd Chance we believe everyone deserves a fair shot at work and should receive the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. We offer workplace experience and training to young adults facing barriers into employment – giving them hands-on experience in picture framing or refurbishing unwanted IT hardware as a way of preparing them for the workplace. During their time with us, trainees are seen, valued and taught new skills, preparing for them work and giving confidence to apply for jobs.
