The Jacaranda School for Orphans provides free education and healthcare to vulnerable children in Malawi, many orphaned by HIV/AIDS. As the school expands to reach more children, essential water and sanitation facilities are urgently needed. Without safe toilets, handwashing facilities and reliable water access, students face increased risks of illness, missed education and reduced wellbeing, particularly girls and children with disabilities.

Funds raised will support the construction of new girls' and boys' ablution blocks, including 10 toilets, 6 urinals, 8 handwashing stations, accessible toilets for students with disabilities and a private room for menstruating girls. The project will also provide a 5,000-litre water tank and improved water supply infrastructure. Together, these facilities will help create a safe, healthy and inclusive learning environment for 300 vulnerable students and school staff.
