Mental health challenges among young people are rising, while access to support remains stretched. For many, Christmas is not a joyful time but a period of isolation, stress, uncertainty or family conflict. Without early support, problems can escalate and affect education, relationships and future wellbeing. Off The Record exists to provide free, confidential mental health support, ensuring young people have someone to listen and help them navigate life's challenges.

Off The Record provides free, confidential mental health support for young people across South East Hampshire. Through counselling, group work and early intervention services, we create safe spaces where young people can talk openly, feel heard and access help before problems escalate. Funding from this campaign will enable us to reach more young people at a time of increased need, ensuring they receive timely support and the tools to improve their wellbeing.
