When given the right support, young people can transform their lives and communities. All they need is an opportunity and access to resources. Your donation directly funds youth across Africa to secure a better future for themselves and help set them up for life.

Across Africa, young people have the ideas to change their communities, but face record unemployment, rising costs, and the mounting pressures of conflict and climate crises. The resources and opportunities to act are rarely there. Restless Development works with some of the most disadvantaged young people to break this cycle, providing opportunities and investing in young people to grow as leaders and deliver initiatives that create lasting change in their communities, and in their own lives.
The Youth Action Fund puts resources directly into the hands of young changemakers across Africa. Young people design, lead, and deliver their own solutions, from climate action and education to creating jobs and refugee support. An open fund, delivered through Restless Development's hubs, this fund builds real leadership skills that last a lifetime, whilst creating immediate impact in communities. Young people know their challenges best. We support them to lead lasting change.
