We want to make sure that nobody goes hungry in Witney and West Oxfordshire this Christmas. Demand for the Foodbank is always greater over winter and your financial support can ensure that we meet this need, whilst giving families the extra Christmas items they deserve.

Demand for Witney and West Oxfordshire Foodbank's support is always greater than ever in winter, as rising energy bills make life more difficult for those in poverty. 2026 is no different. The Foodbank ensures that individuals and families in West Oxfordshire don't have to choose between feeding themselves and heating their homes, however we cannot do so without extra financial support, as our current food donations aren't enough to cover the increased demand we've seen over the past 5 years.
This vital financial support will allow Witney and West Oxfordshire Foodbank to purchase the extra food needed to ensure that we can meet the increased demand this winter. We also want to provide our recipients with a couple of Christmas items each.
