Many young people supported by Teens+ face barriers to participation due to limited access to safe, reliable transport. Without this, they cannot attend activities or engage consistently, leading to isolation and reduced independence. Demand is growing, yet access remains a key barrier. This project will improve participation, confidence and connections, helping young people build skills for the future.
Teens+ will provide safe, reliable transport support so young people with additional needs can access programmes and community activities. With flexible travel and staff support, they will attend regularly, reduce isolation and build confidence. This will increase independence, strengthen connections and enable access to opportunities that support long-term outcomes.
