This winter, we are on the streets daily with hot food, warmth and human connection for around 600 people experiencing homelessness every week. And providing three meals a day for people taking the first steps out of homelessness through our newly launched Lighthouse programme.

Winter can be deadly for people experiencing homelessness. Freezing temperatures, hunger, illness and isolation claim lives every year and too many people face this alone, unseen and unsupported. Our volunteers show up every day with hot food, warmth and human connection for around 600 people on the streets each week. For those taking their first steps out of homelessness, the risk does not stop at the street. Through Lighthouse, we provide the stability needed to begin rebuilding lives.
Through two complementary programmes, we meet people where they are this winter. Skywalks are volunteer-led outreaches providing hot food, warm clothing and compassionate connection to around 600 people experiencing homelessness every week. Our Lighthouse programme provides a safe, supported environment with three meals a day for people taking their first steps toward lasting change. Together they form one winter response for our homeless friends: from the street to a seat a the table.
