MCR Pathways exists to change that, working alongside young people to ensure their ambition is never sidelined.

MCR Pathways levels the playing field through the power of connection. We match young people with Trusted Adult volunteer mentors who provide weekly support. Together, they build confidence, resilience and ambition, helping young people recognise their strengths, expand their horizons and realise their potential. Through this support, young people overcome challenges and barriers, progress to stronger education achievement, positive destinations in learning and work and much brighter futures.
