Growing Hope provides free therapy for children with additional needs in partnership with churches across the UK. We aim to grow hope for children, hope for families, and hope in Jesus. Your support will enable us to pursue our mission to see 20 free therapy clinics set up across the UK by 2030.

Around 1 in 5 children in the UK have an additional need (physical, mental health, learning or undiagnosed). Families are often forced to wait for much-needed therapy and cannot afford to go private; in fact, 600,000 children are waiting to access NHS paediatric services (RCPCH, 2025). While they wait, families are left feeling exhausted (UK Parliament, 2025), often without support – their sense of isolation and tirelessly advocating for their children’s needs is worsening their mental health.
Growing Hope has a track record of setting up free therapy clinics in partnership with churches, who are keen to practically support their local communities. The range of therapy our clinics offer includes: occupational, speech and language, music and art therapy and counselling. Our therapists provide individualised support to aid children to deal with, or improve on challenges they face. We also provide support groups for families of children with additional needs.
