We are raising funds to tackle the UK's growing NEETs crisis. With over one million young people not in education, employment or training, and they need support. Across British regions, we will bring together employers and schools to directly help young people find their way into work.

More than one million young people in the UK are now not in education, employment or training. This is not only a challenge for our labour market, but a growing social crisis. Once a young person becomes economically inactive, their chances of moving into work fall sharply, with lasting consequences for their earnings, wellbeing and independence. Unless we act now to help young people make the transition from education into work, this crisis will continue to scar this generation and the next.

To tackle this crisis, stronger partnerships between schools and employers are essential. Schools need a clearer understanding of the skills, behaviours and experiences businesses value, while employers must play a more active role in preparing young people for work through meaningful experience and real opportunities. Bringing these groups together builds clearer pathways from education into work. The Jobs Foundation exists to make this happen, helping young people build independent futures.
