We address the unmet need for social and emotional mental health support in schools by providing flexible programmes of in-depth, over time, multi-disciplinary therapeutic support for children, alongside the support their families need, to enable every child to be the best version of themselves.

Children's mental health needs have reached record levels. In March 2026, NHS England recorded over 932,000 active referrals, with children waiting an average of 301 days for support. Rising demand and shortages of specialist skills mean many receive help only after reaching crisis point, increasing pressure on families, schools and public services. With 43% of economically inactive young adults citing mental health as the reason, early intervention is vital to improving life chances.
The Schools Programme creates an ecosystem of support: children receive timely therapeutic intervention; parents gain confidence and understanding; educators develop skills to respond effectively; schools become more inclusive and resilient; future practitioners gain experience that strengthens the children’s mental health workforce. Support isn’t limited to just the child in therapy - it strengthens the entire network around them, creating lasting change long after individual interventions end.
