Bipolar affects 1 in 50 people, with profound ripple effects felt through families and friends. Yet despite a 20% increased suicide risk, 67% of people receive no advice about managing their condition after diagnosis. At Christmas, triggers like loneliness, disrupted routines, anxiety and financial pressure intensify - meaning timely, compassionate support can be the difference between someone coping or reaching crisis point.

This Christmas, Bipolar UK will be there for people facing one of the most challenging times of year. Funds raised will provide a lifeline of wrap-around support, helping sustain our 24/7 online Community, one-to-one services and peer support groups. Additional festive resources and support sessions will help people manage seasonal triggers, reduce isolation and stay well. Led by people with lived experience, our services offer practical tools, hope and connection.
