To raise funds for our bursary programme, enabling disadvantaged young people to access outdoor residential experiences with their peers. Funding will also replace kit, equipment and vehicles, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and providing transport to off-site activitities.

Poverty affects millions, while 1 in 5 children experience mental health difficulties and many feel isolated from their peers. Around 11.5% of children live with a disability, and anxiety diagnoses continue to rise. Providing inclusive, accessible opportunities is essential to help build confidence, resilience and teamwork skills useful for adult life.
Outdoor adventures transform lives. Rock UK provides experiences that build resilience, confidence, independence and teamwork by encouraging young people to step outside their comfort zone. By ensuring every young person, regardless of financial constraints, has the oppotunity to achieve, grow and experience lasting positive change. Feedback from teachers and parents shows improved confidence and stronger relationships with staff and peers following a Rock UK residential.
