Our specialist Night Team provides responsive palliative care and emotional support throughout the night. This dedicated team give continuity of care from day to night. They offer expert advice by phone, or in person, visiting patients in their homes. They manage symptoms, provide reassurance, and support families through difficult moments. The service helps people remain where they want to be, at home, while ensuring they receive compassionate care, dignity and comfort whenever they need it.
