Survivors of domestic abuse often face lasting trauma, isolation, anxiety and damaged confidence long after the immediate crisis has passed. Children and families can also struggle with emotional wellbeing and relationships. This project provides safe, trauma-informed support to help people recover, rebuild resilience and move forward.

We will provide safe, trauma-informed support through counselling, group programmes, parenting support, resilience work, creative therapy and wellbeing activities. Survivors and families will receive practical and emotional help to rebuild confidence, reduce isolation, improve wellbeing and strengthen relationships, enabling safer, healthier futures.
