A lymphoma diagnosis can leave people feeling isolated, frightened and overwhelmed. Lymphoma is a complex blood cancer, yet many people struggle to access lymphoma-specific information and support that reflects their individual experience. Generic cancer services cannot meet the unique needs of people affected by lymphoma at every stage, from diagnosis and treatment to living with and beyond lymphoma. Many also lack emotional support and a community that truly understands what they are facing.

Lymphoma Action provides expert information, emotional support and a welcoming community for anyone affected by lymphoma. For 40 years, we have been a safe haven: a warm, trusted place people can turn to at every stage of their lymphoma experience. Through our Helpline, support groups, peer support, wellbeing programmes and digital services, we ensure no one faces lymphoma alone, providing the understanding, reassurance and connection people need when it matters most.
