Our Youth Theatre Programme supports young people aged 16 to 25 through weekly theatre workshops, performance opportunities, holistic support, and counselling. Creative training builds confidence, wellbeing, and skills, with progression into our professional production for some participants.

We are open to all, but we predominantly support young people of Black and mixed-Black heritage, many of whom face poverty, poor mental health, housing insecurity, being in or leaving care, bullying and exploitation. They are also underrepresented in artistic spaces. These barriers limit confidence, wellbeing, and future opportunities. Demand for mental health, housing and social support continues to grow, leaving too many young people without safe spaces and opportunities to thrive.
Our Youth Theatre Programme empowers 85 young people to realise their potential and rewrite their futures through the arts, mentoring and counselling. In workshops led by professionally trained former participants with shared lived experiences, young people build confidence, resilience and teamwork in a safe, supportive community. We provide creative opportunities, showcases and progression into professional production for selected participants.
