People face increasing barriers to arts and culture, including reduced access to high-quality artistic experiences, fewer stories reflecting our world, and limited opportunities for future creators. We believe everyone has the right to participate in cultural life. Fuel addresses these issues by collaborating with excellent, often underrepresented, artists to create live experiences and provide participation opportunities and creative resources for those otherwise excluded from the arts.
- produce affordable live experiences that share underrepresented stories with audiences and participants across the UK; - reduce financial barriers by offering 10% of all available tickets for free via our Take Your Seat initiative; - promote and diversify access to the performing arts by offering artist-led training and creative opportunities to 14–25-year-olds outside formal education, and higher education masterclasses and placements.
