Mental health demand is rising sharply, driven by economic pressure, stress, and burnout. Higher admission thresholds and stretched services mean people face long waits, and grow more unwell in the process (CQC, January 2026). At Oakleaf, we work to bridge that gap: providing timely, accessible support. Without Oakleaf, most of our clients would have nowhere else to turn.

Our mission is ‘to transform lives through the provision of support, training and wellbeing activities, building new futures for adults managing their mental health, We deliver four main areas of support – counselling, wellbeing activities, employment support and work-related training. Oakleaf provides a place for everyone, to access practical support, a welcoming community, a place to connect without judgement, share experiences and build friendships.
