We are the MPS Society, a UK rare disease charity supporting families affected by MPS, Fabry and related conditions. We bring families together through safe, inclusive events for those affected, siblings and carers to connect, share experiences and build community at parks and farm venues.

Families affected by MPS, Fabry and related rare diseases often face isolation, emotional strain and limited opportunities to connect with others who truly understand their experience. We provide safe, inclusive spaces across the UK where patients, siblings and carers can meet, share lived experience, and build supportive communities through accessible family events in welcoming park and farm-based settings.

We reduce isolation by creating safe, inclusive family events across the UK for people affected by MPS, Fabry and related conditions. Families can connect with others who truly understand their experience, talk to our support team, and spend time in welcoming park and farm-based venues. These shared spaces help patients, siblings and carers build supportive relationships and feel less alone beyond clinical care.
