Universify Education supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in overcoming barriers to accessing opportunities for social mobility, like higher education. Your donation helps provide free residentials, coaching, and academic support—empowering young people to reach their full potential.

A young person’s background (economic, social, ethnic, family and geographic) often unfairly determines their access to opportunities to develop transferable skills, knowledge, and attain the qualifications that enable them to realise their full potential. This is reflected in universities, a vehicle for social mobility that remains unrepresentative of the population. Access to university opens up more career pathways and can increase lifetime earnings, disrupting cycles of poverty.
We run a year-long programme for Year 10/11 students from non-selective state schools who are at risk of not reaching their potential due to limited attainment, low confidence, and a lack of information about future options. Through university residentials, academic tasters, insights from volunteer role models, tailored revision support, and monthly 1-to-1 coaching, we equip students with the confidence, skills, grades and aspirations to succeed.
