With 1 in 6 people in the UK diagnosed with a neurological condition, the NHS is unable to provide the vital ongoing community rehabilitation they need.. We receive around 20 referrals a month, with many unable to access free or affordable physiotherapy or therapy-led exercise to improve mobility, fitness and balance, Without access to specialist, ongoing exercise, people with neuro conditions risk their symptoms deteriorating, leading to poor health, loss of independence & social isolation.
We provide vital ongoing community support for adults with neuro conditions like Stroke, MS, MND, Brain injury & Parkinson's, alongside support for carers, to help change lives. Our specialist therapy team deliver 1:1 physiotherapy & exercise support, as well as in person neuro exercise-based groups, open gym sessions & condition-specific groups in our specially adapted gym, helping people maintain independence, manage & improve symptoms, connect with others, & live well with their condition.
