Enrych supports disabled adults to move from isolation to connection, confidence, and community participation. While statutory funding supports essential 1–2–1 care, our group wellbeing activities are not funded but are vital in helping people build friendships, confidence, and a sense of belonging.

Many disabled adults are socially isolated with limited access to community life. While statutory services provide essential support with daily living, they don’t address the wider emotional, social, and psychological needs that are critical to overall wellbeing. This isolation leads to declining mental health, reduced confidence and increased dependency on family or services. Negative societal perceptions and inaccessible environments also make relationships and community life difficult.
Enrych delivers a person-centred, inclusive model creating safe, supportive spaces where disabled adults build confidence, form relationships, and engage with their community. Through weekly Feel Good Café sessions and inclusive Boccia with social lunches, we reduce isolation and promote participation. These activities complement 1–2–1 and employability support, helping individuals develop skills, confidence, and connection in ways that are meaningful to them.
