We believe homelessness ends in community. We partner with local churches to provide safe homes, tailored support and genuine community for people experiencing homelessness. Together, we help people rebuild their lives, regain confidence and move towards a lasting independence.

Homelessness brings together three forms of poverty: resources, relationships and identity. Many people experiencing homelessness have faced trauma, addiction, poor mental health, relationship breakdown, or time in prison. Without a safe home, supportive relationships and a renewed sense of purpose, it can be difficult to move forward. Across the UK, thousands of people face these complex barriers as they work to rebuild their lives.

We provide safe homes in partnership with local churches, creating places where people can start again with stability and support. Each person is supported by an Empowerment Worker who offers tailored, practical support. Churches provide long-term friendship and belonging, helping people rediscover confidence, identity and hope. A home, support and community work together to help people move forward from homelessness.
