Modern slavery is the fastest growing crime in the world, with an estimated 130,000 people trapped in modern slavery in the UK today. Without long-term support, survivors are vulnerable to re-exploitation, homelessness and mental health problems. Of our clients, 80% have ongoing legal cases, all experience mental health issues, 75% are in unstable accommodation and all face limited job prospects. Survivors need more than immediate safety; they need sustained support to rebuild their lives.

Snowdrop Project was the first charity in the UK to provide long-term support to survivors of modern slavery. We offer holistic support through casework, counselling, community activities and house renovations. Together, these services help survivors navigate complex systems, improve wellbeing, reduce isolation, create safe homes and build the confidence and stability to help survivors transition into independent living in order to recover from their pasts and look ahead into their futures.
