People we help often face multiple challenges including domestic abuse, poor mental health, family breakdown, care experience, poverty, and social isolation. Many move into empty or unsuitable homes without the items needed to live safely. Others struggle to maintain existing tenancies due to financial hardship and lack of essential items. Without timely practical support, they face increased risk of tenancy breakdown, worsening mental health, homelessness, and returning to unsafe environments.

We provide stability through essential practical support. We partner with 250 referral organisations to ensure those most vulnerable get the help they need when they need it. By providing essentials to families facing hardship, we turn housing into safe and secure homes, helping families to rebuild their lives, laying the groundwork for lasting security and recovery. This stability is the foundation upon which families can access wraparound services including counselling, education and jobs.
