Almost half of the total population of East Africa live in extreme poverty. Millions of children face abuse and abandonment. Teenage pregnancy impacts almost a third of girls, and child marriage rates have surged in the last 5 years. High unemployment forces many families to survive on a single meal daily, intensifying widespread food insecurity. Limited access to education and skills training perpetuates this cycle of poverty. Without urgent action, poverty will continue to hold millions back.

Through our community led approach, we will transform children’s lives, empower communities, and reduce poverty across East Africa. The holistic nature of our work will ensure immediate needs are met, through emergency safeguarding interventions, and futures are made brighter, through free education and skills training. Working within the heart of each community, we will empower those living in poverty with the tools to create a brighter future - moving from surviving to truly thriving.
