Our work supports dads to build safe, nurturing relationships with their children. Through our 'Caring Dads' programme and 'Fathers 4 Change', a new pilot we've been selected for as the first UK provider, we help fathers develop positive parenting skills, strengthen family bonds & create change.

Many children experience emotional harm, instability, and poor outcomes when fathers struggle with conflict, harmful behaviours, or disengagement from family life. While support for mothers is more readily available, there are limited specialist services that help fathers address the root causes of these challenges. Without intervention, cycles of conflict and poor relationships can continue, affecting children's safety, wellbeing, and development.
St Michael's Fellowship works directly with fathers to build safe, positive relationships with their children and co-parents. Through our evidence-based programmes, offering groups and 1:1 intervention we help fathers understand the impact of their behaviour, develop healthier parenting skills, improve family relationships, and create safer, more stable environments where children can thrive.
