We live in increasingly disconnected times, where more people struggle to feel hopeful about the future. Whether its troubling news, financial issues, climate change, or everyday challenges- it can be difficult to think about hope, especially for marginalised people. It is up to community organisations to give people ways to connect, feel part of something bigger, and feel hopeful again. At the Farm we pledge to use our nature sites and support groups to ensure more people feel HOPE every day!

At the Farm, we aren’t just a much-loved free-to-enter community resource, but a provider of support groups that get referred into by the NHS, social care, local schools, and other charities. These groups reach over 3,500 people every year who need quality care and the chance to build a support network to have a happier, healthier life. These people are our neighbours, friends and family, and together we have a responsibility to make our communities better places to live for everyone.
