People who have experienced homelessness can face a daunting gap between supported accommodation and living independently. Your support will help provide safe move-on housing, practical tenancy guidance and trusted emotional support, so residents can take this next step with dignity, confidence and lasting connection.

Sussex Emmaus will strengthen its Supported Move-On Pathway by combining safe move-on accommodation, floating tenancy support, skills development, volunteering, and pastoral care. Residents get pre-tenancy training, ongoing support, and community connection. This trauma-informed, person-centred approach builds confidence, stability, and independence, helping people move on from homelessness and avoid repeat crises.
