Too many young people are locked out of opportunity because of where they grew up or went to school. And this comes at a cost. The UK is missing out on young people who could be at the forefront of healthcare, could uphold our justice system, could create innovation in our economy and communities. Shutting these young people out means failing to harness a generation of potential. We didn’t want to live in a world where postcode defines potential. And we still don’t.

We work with and for young people to break down barriers and give people the chance to grow, develop and thrive. Our Aspiring Professionals Programme provides 5 years of support, giving young people access to mentoring, work experience and guidance to build their confidence, knowledge and networks. By providing mentors, work experience, skills building and application support, we’re leveling the playing field for young people across the UK.
