Young people's mental health is at a critical point. In Hertfordshire, thousands of young people report low life satisfaction, self-harm and worries about their future. Behind every statistic is a young person struggling to cope and feeling alone. Without support, these challenges can affect education, relationships and long-term wellbeing. Every young person deserves the chance to be heard, understood and hopeful about their future.

We provide free, professional counselling that helps local young people aged 13-25, understand what's happening in their lives, process difficult experiences and develop healthier ways of coping. As a result, they become more resilient, improve their relationships, engage more positively with education and work, and gain confidence in their future. Our aim is not simply to help our local young people feel better today, but to equip them with the foundations for lifelong wellbeing.
