Talent is everywhere—opportunity is not. Nearly 1 million young people in the UK are not in employment, education or training. As a result, many young Londoners face rising living costs, low self-esteem due to negative societal attitudes, and limited access to networks and role models. Inequity in access to professional opportunities and inspirational environments creates lasting barriers to personal development, employment, and education.
Behind Every Kick delivers transformative programmes that help young people understand their value, expand their networks, and build confidence in their futures. Through skills development, mentoring, work placements, and exposure to inspirational professionals and industries, we create sustainable pathways to employment, education, and career growth.
