In our community, many adults experience cycles of homelessness, trauma and exclusion, often lacking basic needs and support. At Helping Hands Community Project, we offer more than immediate relief - we provide a hand up. By meeting urgent needs with compassion, we create pathways to connection, confidence, and long-term stability, helping people move towards independence and a brighter future.

Through our Breakfast Club, community kitchen, counselling, social enterprise initiatives and supported groups like Akeeva and Daniel's Rise, we provide consistent support, safe spaces and meaningful connection. Alongside meeting immediate needs, we build confidence, reduce isolation, and create opportunities for people to access further support, empowering them to move forward with independence and hope.
