Children and young people growing up are searching for meaning, belonging, and hope, but too often these needs go unmet. Many lack guidance, encouragement, or someone to show that they matter. Across communities nationwide, limited resources and stretched services leave many children and young people unsupported. As a result, too many face their most critical developmental years without connection, confidence, or the support they need to thrive and find meaningful purpose for their lives.
CPAS equips churches and leaders to reach children and young people in meaningful ways. We equip and empower 10,000 church leaders and volunteers through community focused training every year. We support leaders in 200 parishes serving areas that face multiple forms of deprivation and are developing new group coaching initiatives to raise up younger leaders. We also provide 3,500 young people with the holiday of a lifetime, helping them explore faith, build confidence, and discover their value.
