Women and girls, particularly those from under-represented and minority backgrounds, continue to face barriers to participation, progression and belonging in cricket. Limited access to visible role models, supportive networks and inclusive environments means many disengage from the game, both on and off the pitch, reducing diversity across playing, coaching and leadership pathways.
Take Her Lead connects women and girls from under-represented groups and minority backgrounds to aspirational role models, amplifying their voices to ensure our game reflects their needs, and empowering them to fulfil their potential and thrive - both within cricket and beyond.
