The Office for National Statistics estimates that nearly 1 in 8 of all 16-24-year-olds in the UK are not in employment, education or training (NEET). Young people aren’t fulfilling their potential; businesses are missing out on diverse talent, and society’s future thinkers, leaders and creatives aren’t flourishing.
The award-winning Spear Programme offers young people professionally recognised coaching, for free, to support them into sustainable work or education. Over four to six weeks we coach young people to give them the skills and mindset they need to get into and sustain employment. We stay with them for a year. They leave Spear equipped to thrive in work and life.
