Women who have survived abuse, exploitation and displacement are often experiencing complex mental health needs, trauma and isolation. There are limited opportunities to grow in a nurturing, holistic way which enables healing, empowerment and encouragement. As a result women are unable to move forwards, often remaining in negative reoccurring cycles. We believe there's a different ending to these stories.

We're breaking the cycles of trauma, isolation and poverty by empowering women to build their confidence, learning new skills and knowledge which enable them to reclaim their lives. Our life-changing services combine baking, wellbeing, life skills, mentoring and befriending over a 10-month period. In a safe, nurturing space women are free to heal, rebuild their confidence, find belonging, and take bold steps toward a future of dignity, freedom, and self-sufficiency.
