We address the barriers that prevent marginalised women to secure and maintain employment, helping them to get out of poverty and achieve economic independence. The women we support come from diverse and challenging backgrounds. Many are survivors of abuse or trafficking; many are care leavers, refugees, or have criminal records; and many are single parents or NEET youth. Without our support, these women face long-term unemployment, financial instability, and are at a risk of precarity and harm.

We provide women with suitable interview and workplace clothing, interview skills training, access to workplace development tools, and a community of continued support. The delivery of these services equips unemployed women with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to maintain employment in a rapidly changing labour marketplace. We focus on economic inclusion, and financial and digital literacy, enabling around 1,200 women each year to build stability for themselves.
