We are a women-led charity dedicated to improving the livelihoods and prospects of young working-class, Black, Asian and Global Majority women living in inner city London. In spite of systemic barriers that prevent them access to the economic, social and cultural life of the city they call home, we believe in a world where these women are supported to achieve their full potential. For 15 years, we’ve delivered high-impact, holistic employment programmes to over 700 women – of which 76% have moved onto fulfilling paid employment within 6 months.

For young, working-class Global Majority women, sexism, racism and poverty compound to block access to fulfilling work. Working-class applicants are 32% less likely to get a job offer, rising to 45% for Black applicants, even with identical CVs (UCL, 2025). In work, discrimination continues: 75% of women of colour have experienced workplace racism (Fawcett/Runnymede, 2022). Without dedicated support, capable women stay locked out of the work and financial security they're trying to reach.
Our free 16-week employability programme rebuilds what rejection stripped away. Group sessions across London's professional spaces build hard and soft career skills, backed by weekly one-to-one therapy and mentoring. Practical support includes wellness activities, travel bursaries and nutritious meals, alongside work experience and employer connections that open doors biased hiring has kept shut. It's holistic by design -confidence, mental health and belonging matter as much as qualifications.
