Sexual violence causes long‑term harm to mental health, physical wellbeing and quality of life, affecting work, study and relationships. Survivors and those impacted by disclosure often face long waits, stigma and lack of specialist support, especially without pressure to report to police. Many supporters experience vicarious trauma yet receive no help. Without accessible, trauma‑informed support and education, harm and isolation continue.

By delivering specialist, trauma‑informed counselling, advocacy and emotional support for survivors aged 16+. We remove barriers to access and provide safe, confidential spaces, helping people navigate criminal justice, health and social systems. We also deliver training and education to schools, community groups and workplaces to improve responses to disclosure, reduce harm and challenge stigma around sexual violence.
