We’re raising funds to grow Men Who Talk's free online peer-to-peer mental health support groups. Donations to our campaign will help more men than men ever before to open up about their struggles, access preventative help, and improve their wellbeing by becoming part of our online community.

Men’s mental health in the UK is at crisis point: men represent 75% of suicides, yet face significant barriers to support due to stigma, isolation and masculinity norms.Traditional mental health provision often doesn’t resonate with men, leaving many unsupported. This results in preventable suffering, devastating impacts on communities, and avoidable loss of life. We urgently need accessible, early interventions to help men lead happier lives, and make them less likely to reach crisis.

Men Who Talk (MWT) offer free-to-access online peer support groups, facilitated by trained volunteers, where men talk about their struggles and are supported by others who understand. Our groups create psychologically safe, accessible, and mutually supportive environments that help men to lead happier lives. We help around 30 men each month, with 90-min groups running 3 times a week. Each group is accessible from anywhere, breaking down barriers like disability, stigma, or travel cost.
